Hotel Accommodations

We encourage you to make your own reservations, and to do so well in advance of your arrival. Some hotels may offer discounted Washington University rates, or other discounts (AAA etc.). In the event that an ESSRL faculty member has indicated that we will be paying for your accommodations, then we should be handling your reservations for you.

The first several hotels in the following list are fairly close to the Washington University campus, while the last few are close to the airport, and not terribly far from campus. All hotels are listed in order of increasing distance from the campus. Driving distances are indicated for each of the entries, as well as driving directions from the hotel to campus. When selecting a hotel, don't forget to take advantage of any airline miles or other benefits you might accrue by staying with a particular chain.

You may want to print out the driving directions referenced below, as well as some campus maps in order to avoid difficulty in finding ESSRL.
